Formerly the Pavilion Public Library.
The Pavilion Library was established with a provisional charter in 1982 in an old two story house that has since been removed. In 1996 we were granted our absolute charter and moved to a new location into a brand new building. The library in Pavilion, New York is a member of the Nioga Library System.
